<li>Learn to politely say “No” &#8211; Emphasis on clear project specifications. Do not accept any requirements from informal sources like phone calls and chats.</li>
<li>Educate her that developers are just human beings. They can not assume anything on their own and perform unto the expectation. Patiently demand specific requirements from her.</li>
<li>Carefully listen to her. Understand what is her exact pain-point? Never use sarcastic language incommunication. Make her feel that she can trust you.</li>
<li>Implement a clear cut communication system with clear responsibilities with her. Never break this system and do not allow her to break this.</li>
<li>Focus on the solution, not the problem. Remember, what you believe is what you get.</li>
<li>Never try to prove her wrong even if she is. It doesn’t help getting projects done.</li>
<li>Do not start work before taking considerable portion of the payment in advance.</li>
<li>Keep your words. Always do what you say you would do. Integrity is the weapon which always hit the target. Develop the living full of integrity.</li>

<p>God made him a bus conductor (Job with a bag full of money) of BMTC (Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation) &#8212; Ladies Special Bus! (full of girls&#8230;) fulfilling his prayer.</p>
<p><strong>Moral: </strong>Requirement specification should be CLEAR-CUT; Be as specific as you can, you&#8217;ll never be regretted!</p>
